We actually won our case against the DEP!! Yet, we are still $ 3,000. in the hole. After all this fight has been going on since May. Our lawyer is a fare man but he did need to get paid…Unfortunately, in order to appeal you must pay first. Someone said to me, “That is like executing a person and then asking for a stay”. Well, that’s the way the law works folks…But let us celebrate! WE WON!!!!! I think the odds of that are actually amazing! “YEEHAA !!! “for Boudoir Bar/East End Ensemble!!!!
